I had a great opportunity to provide a nice cocktail hour piano performance at Sands Point Country Club in Port Washington, NY held on October 21. The event was hosted by Hugs Across America for their fundraising purpose. This den was owed by the famous Guggenheim (people are mostly familiar with the Guggenheim Museum) , now it is a part of the country club.
There were so many Teddy bears throughout the mansion. I prepped for several genres just incase for various age groups. So, though I played mostly familiar-classical music, some people appreciated my Joplin (Rag Time Music) and even Justin Bieber!!
